 Q: My credit/debit card was declined:


 
A:
The reason a credit/debit card may be declined could be for:

  • The card may be at or over the designated credit limit, try a different card.
  • The CCV code entered may be incorrect. (The CCV code appears on the back of a credit card below the magnetic strip and off the right after the credit card number.) These digits must match what was entered.
  • Double check that the account number, name, expiration date, and the credit card issuer are entered in correctly.
  • Our shopping cart sends a request over 128 bit encrypted Secured Socket Layer (SSL) to your credit card holder, in the event you hit the browser Back button, or interrupt the confirmation process, this may cause your transaction to be rejected.
  • Your credit card company may be experiencing problems with their equipment where your transaction is rejected, you might want to try your transaction later. The cart will store your information up to 72 hours.
  • The card that you are using may not be eligible to process your transaction, try another card or payment option. Payment Options that Kiss Me Comix Direct offers are: Google Checkout, Amazon Simple Pay, PayPal and PayPal Express.
Q: I ordered the wrong item, and my payment went though, what can I do?

A: You can call customer service at 773-982-8334, or email customerservice@kissmecomix.com within 24 hours of your purchase. If the item you want is of equal value to the item purchased in error, Kiss Me Comix Direct will exchange the items and will update the invoice. In the event that the items are NOT of equal value, customer will be responsible for any difference in price, sales tax (where applicable), and shipping charges ( if applicable). If the item that was bought in error is more in price than the correction item, Kiss me Comix will refund the difference in price and sales tax (if applicable) only.


Q: I don't like paying on line, but I want to make a purchase, what are my
     options?

A: The process for non-online payment is as follows:

  1. Use pay by email option, and list that you wish to make payment by mail.
  2. Print out (if possible) the email invoice.
  3. Make check or money order payable to Kiss Me Comix, be sure to include the print out email invoice, and be certain to include in the payment cost for sales tax (where applicable) and shipping (where applicable).
  4. Mail invoice along with payment to Kiss Me Comix 9654 S Forest Chicago, IL 60628.

Once payment is received we will process your order and notify the customer via e-mail of the order being processed and mailed out. Note: For personal checks, we will place an automatic seven day hold to ensure funds are available, also Kiss Me Comix Direct will charge a $35.00 return check fee in the event of a check being returned. if funds are not available we will notify the customer via e-mail and notify that the order will not be processed until payment along with the return check fee is made.


Q: I received my order and it was damaged during shipping, what can be
done?

A: Although Kiss Me Comix Direct packages orders for shipping as securely as possible to prevent damage from rough handling during the shipping process, once it leaves the premises, Kiss Me Comix Direct can not be held responsible for the actions of the shipping carrier the customer has chosen to ship their order.  Our recommendation is that customers choose experienced package handlers such as Fed-EX, or UPS.
