(a.k.a Melvin Jenkins) mother
is Janet Squeers, best friend Jonny
Williams, found Drug stash and was selling
drugs in order to raise money to move out of
a bad neighborhood. Kidnapped and
experimented on by Hans Axelrod, gains
superhuman strength and agility. Charles
Jones gives Melvin an experimental military
suit in order to save his mother.
Bountyhunter needs the suit in order to
stave off acute radiation poisoning. First
appearance: Bountyhunter #0.
Janet Squeers mother
of Melvin Jenkins (a.k.a Bountyhunter) heard
from sources that her son and Jonny Williams
was selling illegal drugs, kept the
knowledge hidden from Melvin. Janet wasn't
aware of what happened to her child until
kidnapped by Tony Vegas, and Melvin's
subsequent rescue. Squeers is the only other
person who knows of Nega-Brain's true
motives. Squeers currently, lays in coma, at
Good Hope Hospital. First appearance:
Bountyhunter #0.
Soundrider
(Identity Secret) friend
of Charles Jones, Soundrider and Jones
became friends when they both worked for the
government. Soundrider, at the request of
Jones, followed Bountyhunter, out to the
Xenotech west compound, and saved
Bountyhunter from Lupus and Spoil.
Soundrider has become an ally of Bounthunter
against Nega-Brain and the Renaissance of
Evil. Also suspects that Jones is under the
influence of Nega-Brain and is providing
Intel on movements of the duo. First
Appearance: Bountyhunter #2
Nega-Brain
(formerly Dr. Hans Axelrod) lone
survivor of the Nazi genetic experiments.
wishes to restore the Nazi regime.
Nega-Brain, is creating a new species of man
(homo-mutanis) using steroids, radiation,
and electric induction. Nega-Brain, using
the cover of a R & D scientist for the
company Xenotech to conduct illegal human
experiments to create 'the perfect man'. It
is through his latest attempt in which
Axelrod became Nega-Brain. Nega-Brain
possesses psychic abilities, and meta-human
strength, currently secretly gathering the
greatest scientific minds to further his
cause. First appearance: Bountyhunter #0.
Bison (a.k.a
Timothy "Tim" Talltrees) direct
descendant of a Native-American tribe to
survive the "Trail of Tears" The
Spirit of the Bison Totem chose the Talltree
family to be protectors for the tribe, the
physical and mystical powers of Bison passes
from father to son. One descendant misuses
the power, and now the all the Talltrees
ancestors now must wander until a descendant
can carry and clear the family name, which
currently falls upon Timothy. First
appearance: Bountyhunter #3.
Spoil (real
name unkown): Little
is known about Spoil, as a baby, Spoil was
abandoned by her parents, due to her power
manifesting and being uncontrollable at such
young age. It was fate that Dr. Hans Axelrod
found the young girl and decided to adopt
her as his own. This choice meeting set
Axelrod onto the path of human evolution and
the 'perfect man'. Spoil secretes a
ultra-corrosive acid that dissolves most
objects it comes in contact with.
Spoil did not have total immunity from her
power as a child, which corroded her skin
turning it into a brownish green color.
first appearance: Bountyhunter #1 (in
shadow), later revealed.
Charles Jones: Charles
Jones a lifelong friend of Melvin Jenkins,
at the age of 12 Charles joined a street
gang by the age of 14 Charles was a master
of the streets, and was already arrested for
various crimes. Convicted for a felony at
the age of 15 Jones was sent to an adult
prison, during the time Charles became aware
of the destructive path he chose. Once
released Charles swore he would make good on
his second chance. Eventually earning his
degrees, Charles began designing a high-tech
battle suit for the military sometime later.

Hellfire (a.k.a
Raul de Los Rios): The
past of Raul de Los Rios is a mystery. It is
known that Rios left a small village in
Mexico for better opportunities in the U.S.
however, due to immigrant hysteria Rios was
unable to find work. Desperate, De Los Rios
applied for a study group launched by
Xenotech the company which employs Dr. Hans
Axelrod (a.k.a Nega-Brain). Nega-Brain
discovered that Rios possesses the Mutanis
genes and has pyrokinetic abilities, under
the guise of curing Raul, Nega-Brain
unleashed Rios' powers, now called Hellfire,
Rios seeks to subjugate all of mankind and
usher in a new world order under Nega-Brain.

Timothy Steele:
Timothy Steele currently is a special agent
for the Federal Investigative Bureau (F.I.B)
a four year veteran of the Bureau along with
his partner, 20 year veteran Richard Boyd,
Steele has risen through the ranks quickly
as a top investigator, and is currently
assigned the task of handling a terrorist
incident in the Chicago area, which ended in
the deaths of several agents. First
appearance: Bountyhunter 3
The Turtle
(a.k.a Thomas Cage): Thomas
Cage is a former Marine commando, whose
thirst for battle and unorthodox combat
style earned him an early discharge from
military duty. Cage soon after became a
mercenary, and was rumored to have been
involved in several international incidents.
Cage, seeking bigger payoffs, willingly
agreed to be a test subject for Dr. Hans
Axelrod (see Nega-Brain). The Turtle now has
an outer covering over most of his body that
appears impervious to most weapons. First
appearance: Bountyhunter 2
