Excessive Force
(a.k.a. William Evans) identity secret. Naturally
mechanically inclined, served in the military
where his skill was noticed, placed in special ops
units based in the Middle East where Evans
received "specialized training". After
the military, William began work for Amortech, and
discovered weapons and prototypes we being stolen
and sold in the Black Market by Amortech CEO Frank
Lane. Lane, working for the criminal crime boss
Lady April tried to eliminate Evans, the attempt
failed when Evans donned one of his own
prototypes. First appearance: Excessive Force
Special.
Triple Threat:
Identities unknown: Little
is know about the criminal group known as Triple
Threat, except that they are all brothers. Triple
Threat attempted to rob a bank, highly armed,
Triple Threat held law officials at bay until
Excessive Force subdued the trio. Triple Threat
was arrested, and was later released by some
unknown persons. Triple Threats current
whereabouts are unknown. First appearance:
Excessive Force Special.
Frank Lane: Frank
Lane was the Chief Executive Officer for
Armortech, a company that specializes in weapons
manufacture for municipal entities. William Evans'
natural mechanical skills attracted Lane to hire
Evans, in which Lane quickly put William to task
in designing the next generation of weapons.
Unknown to Evans at the time, Frank Lane was
selling rejected prototypes to the criminal
underground. Evans began to suspect when
inventories didn't match. What is also unknown is
that Frank Lane is under the employ of the
criminal crime Queen Lady April, who ordered Lane
to kill Evans. It was during that attempt that
Evans discovered Lane's criminal activities. Evans
survived and turned over the information that lead
to Lane's arrest and subsequent conviction. First

Lady April
(Identity Unknown): Little
is known about the Chicago Crime Queen known as
Lady April. She has never been seen in public, nor
photographed It is rumored that Lady April
operates a crime syndicate that based on white
collar crimes, and that this syndicates power has
tentacles on every level of business, crime, and
government, including law enforcement. What is
known is the fact that recent appearance of
Excessive Force, and his actions of cleaning up
Chicago's crime ridden streets, has been
considered a major threat to Lady April's criminal
operations, and she has decided to take measures
to eliminate Excessive Force. First mention:
